Arch rivals India and Pakistan are set to lock horns on 28th August 2022 in Dubai, but Indian cricket experts are very much concerned on their team selection , Recently in different Indian tv channels and social media platforms there is a lot of discussion  regarding team India , Team India’s first setback was the injury of their fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah . Due to his injury selectors and team management has not selected him for the Asia Cup . secondly selectors have dropped ace fast bowler Mohammad Shami .

India has selected more spinners then fast bowler , fast bowling seems a bit weak and a lot will depend on Fast bowler Bhuvaneshwar he is the only experienced fast bowler in the bowling lineup . also there is a concern on batting department too India is carrying out of form Virat Kohli this might be his ticket to world cup conditionally,  if he performs well in Asia Cup otherwise his place will be in danger .Batting lineup seems good as they have young Suriya Kumar Yadav(sky) Rishab Pant and Hardik pandeya provides a lot of balance in the lower order .

last time both team met was in the T20 world cup 2021 where Pakistan won the game comfortably  Shaheen Shah Afridi took three wickets also Babar and Rizwan batted brilliantly .,

Historically Indian batters have always struggled against left arm fast bowlers , Mohammad Amir ,Wahab Riaz , junaid khan have made them struggle  in the past and recently Shaheen shah Afridi dominated against Indian batters .

If  you look Indian  media closely you will find that   Indian experts are avoiding speculations about the Asia cup, also star sports have launched the new Asia Cup promo  , surprisingly there are no war like adds across the border this time no mouka mauka  just because the last year’s Defeat against Pakistan there was a lot backlash in the Indian people  .
